I, , freely and prayerfully enter into the StrongMen Brotherhood. This covenant is not a contract, a program requirement, or a self-improvement plan. It is a voluntary pledge before God and my brothers to walk as a man being formed into the image of Jesus Christ.
I acknowledge that Jesus did not die merely to forgive my sins or rescue me from hell, but to restore me – to make me new, whole, and alive as a beloved son of God. From that identity, I choose to live as a StrongMan.
- I affirm that I am a new creation in Jesus – holy, dearly loved, and secure in Him.
- I commit to living from my identity as a son, not striving for worth through performance, image, or approval.
- I will pursue intimacy with Jesus as the source of my strength, clarity, and leadership.
- I commit to walk in authentic brotherhood, refusing isolation, passivity, and pretense.
- I will show up – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – for my brothers, knowing that transformation happens in community and my brothers need me as much as I need them.
- I will meet weekly with my brothers in-person (or online when required), prioritizing presence over convenience.
- I take a knee to Jesus as King.
- I commit to surrendering to and following Jesus, growing as a man who reflects Jesus in character, discipline, humility, courage, and love.
- I will embrace challenge, correction, and discomfort as tools God uses to form me.
- I will walk in truth – speaking honestly about my struggles, victories, temptations, and failures.
- I will do the work required each week and show up prepared.
- I give my brothers permission to challenge me in love and call me higher when I drift.
- I commit to guarding confidentiality, cultivating trust, and protecting the unity of the brotherhood.
- I recognize that StrongMen is not an end but is a sending ground.
- As God forms me, I commit to living on mission – loving my family well, leading with integrity, and serving others selflessly.
- I will help strengthen and lead other men into brotherhood, passing on what has been entrusted to me.
I understand that this covenant will require humility, consistency, courage, sacrifice and surrender. I do not sign this lightly.
By signing below, I declare my intention to walk this road with Jesus and my brothers – to be formed, refined, and sent as a StrongMan.
This covenant stands as a reminder that I am not alone, not unfinished, and not called to live for myself.
